J. GET YOUR GOAT
Humbolt Fog from California's Cypress Grove, a moist, flaky cheese bisected with a layer of edible vegetable ash. Light and refreshing with a citrusy zing.
Quiejo de Cabra Pimentão is a semi-firm cheese, from Portugal. It proves you don't have to be strong to be delicious.
